PBIRO has been operating since 1997. The company is a member of Affiliation of Intellectual Services of Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts in Rijeka and Affiliation of Consultants of Croatian Chamber of Economy. PBIRO is the owner of recommendations of Zagrebačka Banka, Erste & Steiermärkische bank, and Primorsko - goranska County. Since 2005., the company is owner of a verification for entrepreneurship education from Croatian Ministry of Economy, Labor and Entrepreneurship within national program for Entrepreneurship education.

In the context of business and investment consultancy we are specialized in a wide range of services, which are primary result of our customer's requests and needs, with accent on extended units like services of making the business plan, investment projects, business process reengineering projects, financial recovery and bankruptcy, and business valuation projects. Various and very wide offer of our services is based on a long-standing professional experience, constant improving and implementing new knowledge and skills.

PBIRO's Center for Entrepreneurship Education is an organizer and performer of educational seminars and programs for entrepreneurs invented according to the requests of our clients, with themes beginning with basic entrepreneurial and business knowledge up to very specialized business knowledge and skills. During our performance in former 8 years we can cite by numerous projects successfully invented and efficiently carried out, and all with a view to expanse entrepreneurial activity and entrepreneurship in generally.

Within the service of European Project Management we provide expert assistance to the public and private subjects in order to fulfill successful preparation of their projects to obtain means from EU funds in accordance with the bidding propositions.

Director of the company is Mr. Boris Debelić, member of the Croatian Network of Consultants and Association of Liquidators of Republic of Croatia. In his successful professional experience the accent is on eight years spent in Croatian Chamber of Commerce, and ten years spent in entrepreneurship activity in the field of business consultant services.
